Admissions are accepted 24-hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays. Please come tour our facility in person and see the difference our staff strive to make daily in the lives of our residents.

Visitation
To ensure the safety of our residents and staff, our facility follows federal, state and local guidelines relating to visitation. While we do not have posted visiting hours, we recommend visiting between 8:00AM and 8:00PM. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other residents when planning their visits so as not to disturb them.

What insurance does the facility accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other private insurance. Our business office will work with you to confirm and verify your insurance benefits.
What are visiting hours?
We encourage families and friends to visit their loved ones. We recommend visiting between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Other times may be accommodated and should be arranged in advance. We ask that visitors consider other residents when planning their visits so as not to disturb them.
When can a resident be admitted?
Residents can be admitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Can A Family Member Stay Overnight?
Based on the needs and schedules of our residents, overnight guests are not recommended. If a resident’s condition warrants an overnight stay, alternate accommodations may be made through the Administrator.
Are pets allowed to visit?
Yes, we love our furry friends! For the safety of our residents and staff, we have policies in place regarding pet visits that we are happy to share with you before bringing a pet to our facility. Please contact our Activities director to learn more about pet visits.
What types of activities are included in the facility's social program?
Our activities include, but are not limited to bingo, arts and crafts, singing, religious programs, Red Hat Society, Men’s Club and cooking activities. Some of our special activities include cookouts, shopping trips, fishing trips, and attending baseball games. We also have a Thanksgiving dinner for residents and families, and a special Christmas Party.
Are resident rooms furnished?
Yes. Each resident has a bed, chest of drawers, closet, night stand, and overbed table on wheels.
What should I bring with me?
We encourage all of our residents to personalize their room with their own pictures and other personal items. Some items such as throw rugs, electrical items, and bulky furniture may not be allowed due to space and safety concerns, but we will gladly consult with you regarding items you wish to bring.
How often do physicians visit?
Doctor visits vary according to the individual needs of the resident. If your physician is not credentialed to follow residents at the facility, we have a list of independent providers who are available to serve you.
Do You Provide Laundry Services?
Yes. The daily rate includes laundry services but residents’ families may take care of personal clothing if they prefer.
What is your smoking policy?
We are a non-smoking facility and smoking by residents and visitors is not allowed anywhere on the property.
What meals do you provide?
We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to our residents. All meals are provided in line with physician orders, which can include regular and therapeutic diets, such as consistent carbohydrate and renal diets, among others.
Families are welcome to eat with a resident for $2.00 per meal. We ask that you notify the dietary department in advance. We can also assist with special family gatherings in the facility such as birthday parties. Contact our activity department for details.
